Congratulations to everyone who took part in this weekend’s 2 Day Self-Defence course in Dublin.
You all did really well and we had a lot of fun, as can be seen in this photo of one drill, designed to hide-facial expressions and develop the ability to read body-language. Everyone worked really hard and for us, as self-defence instructors, it is always great to meet inspirational new people on these weekends.
Really was another inspiring weekend at Hard Target and during the course we addressed many common fears and how to structure a plan to dispel or control them.
I would also like to thank our guest speaker Debbie for such an uplifting speech.
