When can I Start? Join us any Monday.
What do I need? Nothing but yourself! Thanks to Hard Target Self Defence, the floor is already matted with Tatami mats, we’ll also provide Pilates rings too.
Parking? Yes, plenty of FREE parking.
Booking deposit of €20.00 is required.
