Women’s Self Protection & Self Defence Workshop September 2025
We will cover the following:
- The Importance of establishing congruent communication.
- Recognising the early warning signs of coercive behaviour.
- Saying ‘NO’ without regret.
- Dealing with hectoring and bullying.
- How predators (clandestinely) interview their victims.
Suitable for everyone 16 yrs + (parental consent needed for under 18s). No experience is needed. The workshop is delivered in a friendly, safe environment by Aidan Carroll B.sc Psychotherapy & Counselling and the Founder of The Hard Target Self Defence Academy.
