We are all familiar with the bona fide quotes…. “No Pain, No Gain”
No Growth in Comfort”. Wise words indeed, but do we really need to suffer to grow?
There are no short cuts. I realized many years ago that to achieve positive goals they must be built on a solid foundation of consistency. This is a major part of all my teachings. Small and often is the key.
Dublin Fire Brigade has 900 personnel. It’s hard to believe these hard working men and women would need training in breakaway techniques. There were numerous stories told of nasty situations that simply got in the way of what they were there to do – save lives and property from being destroyed.
